This is a WINNER!!!! What do you get when you combine some excellent grass fed ground beef from the ranch with farm fresh chickens (thanks Marylin). Only the most delicious round ball of goodness imaginable!!!
Here’s how to make these suckers!
1lb Ground Beef
4 Free Range Eggs
Salt and Pepper
1/2C grated cheese (optional, we were craving a bit of cheese)
Preheat oven at 375F
Put your eggs into cold water in a small pot so that the water just covers them. When the water reaches a boil turn the temp down to a simmer and set your timer for 6min (soft boiled). Run them under cold water and peel away.
In a bowl, mix beef, seasonings and optional cheese
Assemble like the photo’s
Finish them off in the oven at 375F for about 20min
